DURSLEY RC's Dan Anderson triumphed at the 8.5-mile Hope Moors and Tors fell race.
The category B Fell race had roughly 1500ft of climb, mere pimples for a man who has run up and around Mont Blanc, and the distance was a sprint for this Ultra Runner.
Anderson completed the course in 01.09.28, coming first out of 73 finishers and winning by an awesome margin of six minutes, 13 seconds.
Despite being one of the smaller clubs competing in the Gloucestershire 3A's Road Race Series, Dursley ran riot across all the age categories with the women doing particularly well individually and in the team events.
They were third overall behind Bourton Road Runners and Cheltenham's Almost Athletes women's teams. Exposed Acne TreatmentDursley were also third women's veteran team.
Dave Saunders held on to his first place in the male vet 60 category with third places for Alice Lewis (LV50), Kate Browning (LV40), and Neil Parry (MV45).
Fourth places went to Rebecca Topham (FV40), who had had a real tussle with Browning over the series and Avril Yearsley (FV60).
At the Bath Hilly Half, Dursley were led home by Zoe Lammerton, who finished well up the field in just over two hours.
Behind her, another Dursley. Zenmed couple followed up in quick succession as Sue Peachy finished over three minutes ahead of her other half Julian.
